Cornelius & Cie was a company founded by Kees Engelbarts and his Friend Paul Pertijs. The initial Model was based on the AS 690 Movement, of which M. Engelbarts had a limited stock. The Concept was to make Hand-Engraved, Skeletonized Timepieces with the possibility of customizing the dial, movement, etc. for the client. The fabulous adventure unfortunately did not last long, due to the 2008 financial crisis. The Watches were still One of a Kind and to this day, there are still a few proud Cornelius Owners around the Globe.
